IOPA restarted new organization without membership fee in April 2009 in order to be more internationalized association. The trustees’ committee of IOPA examines the application for a member of IOPA and decides a quit of membership of members without an explanation of the reason.
The trustees' committee consists of an honorary president, a president and some trustees.
The running costs of IOPA are covered just from trustee's membership fee and volunteer contribution.
The trustees’ committee of IOPA should approve the acceptance of volunteer contribution.
